“Good quality in terms of the printing and efficient ordering. However, my last A1 print was slightly crumpled around the edges. Although, this is very rare with Digital Printing. I often use them to print my artworks. Still very good!”

“I was quite tempted to give a 5-star review because I thought the customer service (so important when things don't quite go as planned) was excellent. But in the end, I decided that 5 stars should probably be reserved for a faultless experience. I would like to give a shout-out to Clare who handled all of my issues professionally, efficiently and with good humour. Here is a summary of my experience: 1. Poster one arrives but the tube has been squashed and the poster has been creased. Clare quickly arranged a reprint. 2. Poster two arrives and despite having an additional "FRAGILE" sticker, is actually more creased than the first. Clare looks into the matter and realises that there is a supply issue with inferior tubes. Clare arranged another reprint and ensured it was in a sturdy tube and had additional padding. 3. Poster three arrives and is not creased. Hooray! But wait, the colours are wrong, some hues are missing. It turns out that my poster was printed as the ink was running out and it wasn't caught by quality control. Clare arranges a 3rd reprint. 4. Poster four arrives. It is well packaged, uncreased and the colours are correct. So, I actually had several issues but I accept that perhaps I was just really unlucky. What I did learn was that when there are issues - digitalprinting are willing to get in and sort them out. And that is good to know. I plan to use them again in the near future.”
