“Dear Sirs , This is the third time that I have been asked to review my Greeting card order. The first time you asked I submitted a positive review and stated that I would be using you again . “Really impressed with the quality of the cards I have had printed - only downside is that the finish I received wasn't the one I ordered. I ordered a matt finished and had a shine laminated finish instead.”

With regards to the lamination I can confirm you ordered A6 greetings cards with uncoated stock and a GLOSS lamination.
