“Ordered greetings cards. Colours and the gloss finish were spot on. Digital Printing have a preference for PDF uploads but accepted my JPGs, which was a relief. Used their online Chat Support on one occasion who proved to be very helpful. And an email I sent them enquiring about the contents of an order was responded to quickly and to my satisfaction. Well done Digital Printing! Will use again.”

“This was my second order of greeting cards as I loved my first purchase. They're great value, especially if ordering multiple designs. I had a couple of hiccups with this second order but team DP went above and beyond and resolved it for me. Very impressed with the product and service, thank you so much!”

“I'm a professional photographer and was a greeting card publisher for about 8 years, and I would like to say that Digital Printing did a really good job with my Christmas cards. First, they used uncoated board, which means that the writing on the inside doesn't smudge. Second, the colour balance is just right, which is always the hardest thing to achieve. I will definitely order from them again.”

Hi Jane, I'm so sorry that your Greeting Cards didn't live up to expectations. As we advised, your artwork was supplied as RGB. We ask for all artwork to be supplied as CMYK for printing. If you supply RGB then our system converts this to CMYK for us to print it. Doing this can change the colour and make it look washed out. Even though your artwork wasn't supplied as print ready and as your order was a small one we were only to happy to agree to reprint free of charge. However, the artwork file that you resupplied was low-resolution, the wrong dimensions and remained set up as RGB colour. We sent an email, guiding you to our online templates to try and assist you on how to set up your artwork as print ready. Please advise if you would still like to avail of the reprint as the offer still stands once print ready artwork is supplied. Kindest Regards, Emma, Digital Printing.

“I have bought twice now from Digitalprinting and I have been impressed on both occasions. The quality of the prints is great, the speed of delivery is great. I have 2 minor problems. the first was down to the file types that were accepted. They were very specific which meant I had to modify my files. The other minor thing I would note is that our order was bundled together in smaller sizes which was fine, but the elastic band used to pack them created small indentations on the edges of some of my prints. I will use digitalprint again for sure.”
