“Had my order reprinted due to the misalignment issue with the first one received before Christmas. I can say that I am pleased with how efficient they rectified the error. Will consider doing another print as long as the QC is maintained”

“I was a bit disappointed in these so should have gone for a laminated finish. As with the postcards the colours felt a bit mushy and lacked contrast.”

Hi Chris, We are really disappointed that you weren't 100% happy with your print. As we use a litho press, your images should be crisp and vibrant. Indigo printing is the closest thing to litho you are going to get. Would it be possible for you to elaborate a little more on what you didn't like? I would be happy to reprint the Greeting Cards for you with a matt lamination free of charge but I would just need to make sure that you are going to be happy with how the print turns out before I do this.
