“Christmas cards printed with inside upside down and without the laminated outside as ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen, but instead of reprinting correctly they refunded me so I had to re-order and pay more for express shipping. This was really disappointing as I had had good results using them every christmas for 20 years previously. Reprints were as expected the originals to have been. (what they did was print page 3 on the back of page 1, so page 2 on back of page 4 - I would have thought avoiding this sort of error would be fundamental to a professional printer.”

Hi Neil Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order was not as expected. Unfortunately the print you were expecting is not one we offer. We do not provide a landscape card with the fold on the short side but only as a tent fold with the fold along the top long edge. The print you received was correct with the artwork provided but you had not set it up correctly expecting a different product which is why a new order needed to be placed with a full refund on your previous order. “Unfortunately the order was not laminated and the inside of greeting card upside down, Instead of re-doing properly (and shipping urgently) the order was just refunded, leaving me to re-order and to pay additional cost as the order was now urgent. The final results which i recieved eventually were good, thus I stretch to 3 stars”

“Very happy with the service from digital printing. I ordered the straightforward option of 24 A5 cards, was pleasantly surprised to be able to have 2 different designs within the one order (12 of each). The price at just over 30 pounds (my phone has no pound sign) that was with vat and postage seems exceptionally reasonable for such nice big cards. They came with envelopes as well, and delivery was good. They arrived 2 days after expected delivery day, but that may have been the posts fault and I did choose the cheaper delivery option. No issues at all. 10/10 and I will use again next time I want some cards printed....”
