“There's no option to upload and view template. It took me 10 days to finally agree to the template and now parcelforce as missed 3 delivery dates and I can't get through to anyone .”

Hi Tony Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you feel you had frustrations over your order. We do state on our site that we are a direct to print service and ask artwork to be provided print ready as we do not have artwork services. We appreciate this took time but as it is not something we offer as standard but we did wish to help you out. I am also sorry your order was not delivered on time.
