The printing quality is better than I expected after the correct format has been chosen to output. Ross has been very helpful and responsive in the whole process of dealing with my problem.

This would have been a zero star review, but they managed to get a new set of booklets to me with next-day postage. The first set came stapled in the wrong order. This was shocking as (1) I had supplied them in the correct PDF format (I even went back and checked to be sure) (2) as you opened the booklet, it began mid-sentence, and (3) the pages were NUMBERED! I mean, even Domino's Pizza do a quality check before it's product leaves the building right??!! If anyone had even bothered to look at what they were printing they would have seen the error. The additional issue was that, even if the pages had been correct, I would have sent them back. The booklets had marks, rips, and inconsistent colouring all going on. The replacements sent were great, but - thankfully - I had only ordered a small test run, and had a couple of days before they were needed. Refund wasn't even offered and after the online chat member said they will send me out new copies he cut off the conversation. Kinda rude. I will not be using this service again.

Hi Layla Thanks for your review. I am sorry you are feeling disappointed with your recent order. When you spoke to us in chat we did agree with you that the standard of quality on your original order was not adequate and an error had clearly been made during production. We agreed straight away to reprint the books that day for next-day delivery which I can see did happen - ahead of the date you needed the books for. Quality check controls are carried out on all of our orders, although with over 1000 jobs leaving us each day via our automated system, there are rare occasions where issues can be missed before despatch. We would always aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As discussed in our chat we would always try our best to rectify any errors or issues with our orders by reprinting, as ultimately we do wish for our customers to be 100% happy. When it's clear that an error has been made during production, we would always aim to reprint the order free of charge as we did on this occasion. On rare occasions when an issue has arisen during production, we can reprint or refund the order depending on your preference. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to offer both a free reprint and a full refund on an order, sorry. We can only apologise if you feel as though you were cut off on your chat with us - I can see from the transcript that we did apologise and thank you for your patience before the chat ended. Perfect from start to finish, after being let down last minute to get wedding leaflets sorted. We found this site and got them printed and delivered within 3 days. They were printed to a very high standard. And even my toddler was pleased as he got a packet of haribo in the delivery as a gift
