“My first foray into online printing and very disappointed. The images are very flat and dull. On my screen they are bright and have sparkle. This maybe my lack of experience and I need to over brighten when changing from RGB to CMYK when I submit for print. Nevertheless, am very disappoointed with what I have and they will go straight to the recycle bin. Subsequent to the above the company has offered to reprint if I can send files as CMYK but my software is set up for that so there is a conflict issue between my software and theirs. I appreciate the customer relations offer is very good so uplift my rating from my initial one because they feel the issue is my fault not theirs. However, my overall experience is still below my initial expectations so I cannot rate higher.”

“Overall, for the price, and turnaround – excellent. However, the packaging was not great. Courier delivered them falling out of the cardboard sleeve they had been packaged in, even thought he had tried to tape it up. And some of the copies had dirt marks on the cover. Whether this had occurred during production or delivery I don't know. It was for a funeral order of service, so it was too late to have anything changed, but we managed. I would say I am generally happy, service was excellent as my delivery was also upgraded for me.”

“Printing was fine but the outer packaging was damaged and torn when it arrived for distribution to members likely a Post Office issue or need for better packaging.”
