“Excellent customer service. Came back with feedback after I had sent a draft. However they commented that I specified too many pages but although I asked to reduce from 28 to 24 (which costs less) they didn't refund me for the difference. They also asked if I wanted then to reposition the page numbers to which I replied Yes but they didn't.”
