“This was my third time ordering from Digital Printing and I couldn't be happier with the experience! It is so magical to receive your finished product and to see it come to life thanks to the professionalism and care of Digital Printing. I was able to use the online chat to resolve a mistake of mine, as I had accidentally uploaded the wrong document for print. Since my order had not yet gone to print I was able to update my artwork with help from Chris who saved the day! I'm so delighted with the product quality and customer service, and I just can't wait for my next project with Digital Printing!”

“I have enjoyed re-reading my A4 saddle stitched booklet It contains many special memories of my younger days and the printed version is very nicely produced by digitalprinting.co.uk, with the complex, multi-coloured cover coming out particularly well. The originals of the photos I used inside are mostly of poor quality but they have come out surprising clearly.”

“So disappointing. The delivery wasn't on time. I got a paltry sum of around £10 for delivery refunded but I only ordered with DigitalPrinting.co.uk to get it on time. They wouldn't refund the order unless I sent back but I had to use some of them. I wasn't happy with the quality either they didn't feel as good as when I did the same order with same design before. The print was too dark.”

Hi Rupert Thanks for your review. I am sorry that were not happy with your order. I can see that we did communicate with you through your order and also explained that we always state delivery dates are estimated as the couriers do not offer guaranteed delivery, and we have never stated that it would be in any correspondence or on the website. There was a delay of one working day and as a result, we did refund the delivery costs. You did still have your books which you informed us you made use of so therefore we could not refund the full order as it was produced for you. You did not mention an issue with the quality at the time and if you had we could have investigated and rectified any issue as a result of this as we do always resolve any issues with the quality of the prints, but as this was not mentioned we were not aware of this. “Excellent as ever, though a ltad disappointing in this instance that I was not advised of the incorrect number of pages (as happened previously allowing us to rectify the problem). As such, a blank page had been added at tge back to make up the numbers,which wasn't a good look.”

Hi Brian Thanks for your review. I am glad you are pleased with your booklets continue to be pleased with the quality of our prints. We are a direct to print company and do ask for artwork to be provided print ready. With over 1000 jobs a day and a 24 hour turnaround in printing, The system would add a blank page to make the required number of pages as we would not always delay jobs to ask. Please ensure in future orders that the page count entered and required matches the page count in your artwork including any blank pages. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
