It's a pity that a pre-press review can only be requested when separately uploading a file and not within the website; and ... 3. ... that styles from previous orders are not retained to copy for future ones. (Beware, you can copy from the last, but that simply generates an order for a re-issue, which you've got to be quick in stopping if this was not intended!)”

Hi Stephen Thanks for your review. We are a direct to print company and do ask for artwork to be provided print ready to go to automatic print which allows for the next day despatch on orders. We can provide PDF proof on request but it can delay production of the order. All orders are saved in account order histories and can be reordered - the specifications will be copied as will the artwork if it is still on our system. We keep artwork for upto 6 month but due to the volume we receive on a daily basis we cannot keep beyond this. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“Prompt, trouble-free service, good reproductioin quality. No opportunity to check a proof. Some of the staples were not aligned correctly causing an unsightly creasing of the page in the fold.”
