“Simple to use for a basic saddle stitched booklet and very efficient processing and delivery. Unfortunately the actual print quality was very poor and the booklets are unusable. So, although the cost was reasonable, it becomes expensive when the product has to be binned and redone.”

“Your customer service from beginning to end was amazing. I felt as if I was being served personally and obviously nothing was too much trouble including doing a second print run and Parcle Force delivery so that I got our booklets in time for the Colchester Kidical Mass Christmas bike ride where the booklets were presents for the children. The quality of the books was excellent. I will certainly not only use you again but also recommend you to others.”
