“The overall service was excellent and the resulting product was exactly what I wanted. Kerry went to great efforts to ensure the quality of the product by reviewing the artwork and raising any concerns she had. Because of this, I was able to correct a couple of issues before the book was bound. The quality of the materials was excellent. I would perhaps like for the website to more accurately describe the "premium" papers in a bit more detail or perhaps provide a couple more pictures (although understandably that's quite hard to do in this case), but in the end, it was exactly what how I imagined it would be. 10/10 will use again”

“I was very happy with the end product. The tool used to specify your requirements was straightforward and the options comprehensive. Recommendation: It would be good if they did hard binding covers as well, as I could use them again!”
