“I ordered 12 books. 6 were fine and 6 were nearly fine. They had a white line across the top which spoilt the appearance slightly. I contacted them and they sent me replacements without quibble and very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I want to reprint my books.”

Hi Julie, Thanks for leaving us the 4 star review. I am sorry that you received half the order with a white line. I have investigated this and can see that you did not supply us with any bleed on your order. For the digital print process, we ask for all artwork to be supplied with bleed.
