“Print was delivered 2 days late, I felt the customer service team were defensive and lacked empathy. I was offered a promise of a discount on a future order but I don’t think I’d use this service again based on my fist experience.”

Hi Mark, Thanks for the 2 star review. I am sorry that your order was delayed in transit by the courier. I can see we offered a full refund on the order but you responded that you were able to still use the order. I have read over the conversation with the team and I see that our team did apologise to you on a few occasions and advised that it was an estimated delivery service only. Im afraid we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays can and do occur on occassions. Again I apologise for the delay in your order arriving and I am glad you could still use them.
