“I have one or two of these knocking about. They are very useful for minimising drag under certain circumstances - that one super long runner etc. They do however have a whole bunch of limitations as specified on the little leaflet you get with all such products. Combined with their weight and price it means they are not something that you'd need lots of but one or two can be quite useful for trad.”
“This karabiner serves as great anchor when used as a part of a cambium saver set up when tree climbing. The pulley highly enhances the smoothness of the system and also makes rope retrieving a hell of a lot easier. Once again as with all Dick climbing products - super quick delivery.”
“These aren't cheap, but they are perfect for extending a sling or extended runner on a meandering route. The revolver makes a really significant difference. I tend to always climb with one on a sling, and the rest normal krabs. Would be 5* if they weren't quite so dear!”
