“I got na tshirt (good) a cap (not for me but OK) and a bunch of badges and stickers that I would never buy. I misunderstood this and thought it would be clothes.”

“I got a hat that is too small and a t-shirt in my classic mystery box (no stickers or badges etc.). The social media adverts are perhaps a bit misleading, your posts keep appearing in my feed now and I can't help but feel what was delivered didn't live up to the hype you present. I am all for reusing old boxes and packaging, but the box it came in was barely holding itself together, not at all like your adverts! I didn't feel like I could share what arrived on social media because it would make you look bad!”
