“The cake was mishandled by the dpd driver even though it had fragile on it i emailed your company all i got was speak with dpd everyone passes the buck but no one takes responsibleity”

Only concern to the sellers is with the courier DPD used. The box was dumped on a doorstep with such force that I heard it being dropped from inside the house, despite it clearly being marked as “Fragile”. It was also dumped on its side, despite arrows clearly showing which way up it needed to be. I have to admit when I saw DPD was delivering, I half expected this would be the case. I did review their delivery as unsatisfactory at the time.”
