“Cake arrived looked like the box had been dropped one one corner, opened the cake up and was so disappointed to see the cake and the ice packs it had been packed with was completely thawed. I tried to salvage the cake as much as possible, however as the cake was thawed the bag that was placed over the cake was stuck to the frosting, so when I took it off it came off with the bag, the chocolate drip was cracked and broken and I was just utterly gutted as, had it not been shipped so poorly it would have been a beautiful cake. We didn’t end up presenting this cake for the birthday party as it just looked too messy and lop sided really unfortunate as it was a yummy cake.”
