“The cake arrived in pristine condition and actually looked better than the picture. However, I would say that the cake suffered as a result of the freezing process, with the sponge being a bit hard in places, and the flavour of hazelnut in the frosting was not detectable at all. The rocher balls on the top of the cake became soggy very quickly. I was quite disappointed really. If only it tasted as good as it looked. It would have been stunning.”
