“The cake itself was lovely but unfortunately was left outside my front door in 22 degree heat. When I opened it it didn’t look very pleasing aesthetically although it tasted ok.
A shame because it was for my son’s birthday.
I was in the house so the delivery person couldn’t have knocked very loudly.”
“A couple of drips were damaged in delivery but lovely cake. Bit small for the price. Only disappointment I did ask for disguised box as it was a surprise for my son & it had the name all over the box & the delivery driver didn't wait for me to open front door & just left it on front step & drove off. Luckily my son didn't see it.”
“Excellent cake - not over sweet, and enjoyed by all. Despite excellent packaging, it was sadly slightly damaged in transit. However, given other issues with the poor courier service - DPD - I think this may have been down to them.”
