“The cake arrived packed qell, but the Buenos on top were broken and when we came to eat them they were stale. I followed the instructions that the cake could be left out and didn't need to be put in the fridge, but I ended up having to put it in the fridge as the butter cream was melting. On the plus side the cake tasted amazing”
“Mercer received this one ! After my order was wrong I ordered two different cakes and had two of the same !!! and I contacted them straight away to get it sorted I didn’t hear from customer services until the day after later afternoon when it was too late as the birthday has passed ! I was asked to send pictures so I did as I been made to feel like a liar and the customer service was in no way professional the way they talk by email : the reply was :” Hi So sorry can you send a photo?

Then I did and asked for a refund as I had the wrong cake delivered and no customer services to sort it out and this is what I have had next :” Hi so sorry for this shall i refund some money back?

Which I reply yes but that the whole cake should be refunded ! Then to that he replied :
“Hi you would need to return the cake for a full refund as stated in our terms

Which the fact it wasn’t my fault that I tried to sort it 5 min after receiving the delivery and noticing something was not right so emailed straight away as the only way you can get hold of customer services with a promise of a reply within 5 hrs which wasn’t honoured ! I also left several message on messenger !
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ! Although cake are nice they aren’t cheap and when u buy two totalling £75 and the order is wrong u only offered £10 back with really back customer services it’s chocking!! So they mess up ! The birthday person was really disappointed and I get a £10 back and asked to return the cake if I want a full refund!! JOKE. Just so everyone aware this is my feedback and review!”
