“Cake had limited decoration (not as the photo on the website). It was placed in a shallow box no way near tall enough for the height of the cake and as a result the top was all squashed. Not something that could be presented at a 50th birthday celebration. Contacted customer services 3 times, it’s now been 17 days and still no reply or any attempt to resolve my complaint. Very disappointed and will not be using again.”
