“Lovely cake arrived safe and sound. Would have like a bit of instruction as to keep the cellophane wrapper on on not. Left mine on but when too, it off the next day some of the design stuck to it. Also in my opinion the icing or buttercream was a bit sweet and sickly but all in all the cake was moist and tasty and looked lovely also the price was good!”
“This is the worst experience I have received from an online bakery! I ordered a cake for a birthday party. I ordered the cake the day before the party. Not only did it not arrive on the day I had ordered it, I had no communication or way of contacting the supplier accept an email address. When the email was eventually replied to, the customer services manager said I had to take this up with the courier. They could only refund the delivery cost.
When the cake arrived 4 days later, 3 days after it was required, I asked again for a refund and was told a refund would only be issued after I returned the cake! I really couldn't believe it. Absolutely awful. I will never order from this company again.”
