“DPD courier threw the cake on to the doorstep the wrong way up and caused the cake to be flat on one side. The cake was obviously not handled with care so didn’t look how it appears in the image on your website. Emailed my thoughts into the customer care email address and was told the cake would need to be sent back at my expense and inspected before a credit would be issued. We couldn’t use the cake for my partners party so I was left without one. I won’t be using this company again. I’ll buy local for future purchases”
“Very nice, a nice size to feed 8-10 people, although the cake diameter appears smallish there is actually plenty of cake as it is quite tall.
Ourselves and our party had nothing but good things to say, it was very nice.
The delivery was great, packaged fantastic with ice packs protecting it.
