“I ordered the above cake for my son’s birthday, they knew they weren’t sending the correct order (as confirmed in an email) and also didn’t tell me that the cakes they knew they were sending were intentionally the wrong ones even though it states in in their terms and conditions that they would put it in writing. Completely disappointed. No refund offered either!”
“This looked to be the most amazing cheesecake. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit but I was reimbursed immediately when I sent pictures.

“It looked fantastic, came in a lovely box but unfortunately the ferrero Rocher on top (both wrapped and unwrapped) tasted stale so that was a bit off putting. The actual cheesecake layer was lovely, very rich and indulgent.”
“It was tasty, but more like a mousse than a cheesecake. There is a disk of chocolate under the top which is yummy - but impossible to cut through. So I ended up having to splodge the cake into bowls rather than cutting nice slices. A lovely thick base to it, again great, but nearly impossible to cut through.”
