“Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t receive the cookie dough cheesecake that I ordered and paid for. Instead I received 6 small cheesecakes. The cake was for my sons 18th birthday this Sunday. No contact number so could only communicate by email. Generic blunt responses basically saying even though the mistake was theirs I would have to return the small cheesecakes at my own expense and only then could I get a full refund. If not I could keep the small cheesecakes but get the difference refunded.
I’m now left out of pocket with no birthday cake and 6 small cheesecakes that I didn’t order.
No empathy at all absolutely disgusting service.
I will be sure to display these at the party and let the guests know about the customer service received from this company.
Only positive was that due to now having 2 days to find a replacement I’ve found a recipe and made my own cheesecake for less than £10 and wish I’d have done that from the start !!!”
