“Great all round however as the cupcakes are delivered via courier and in order to keep them fresh in transit, there is a block of ice (which is in a sealed bag) within a Jiffy bag where the box of cupcakes are. The weight of the ice block made a visible dent in the box, which wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing from a presentation point of view.”
