“Didn’t receive the ones I ordered !!
Worst customer service I have received in a long time.
I ordered cupcakes for a friends special birthday.
They delivered a different style of cupcake to the ones I had ordered because they were out of stock, but they did not notify me of this in advance.
When contacted they agreed to swap the cupcakes. (I have all this in email)
But they did not send out the correct ones or collect the unwanted ones.
I emailed yesterday after I was made aware by my friend that they had failed to correct their error.
When I asked that the correct ones be sent I was responded to with a blunt request for me to send back the unwanted cupcakes first at my own expense before they would send out the ones I had ordered.
I explained that two weeks had passed since the delivery issue and as my friends didn’t like the ones ordered they were thrown away.
Also I challenged why should it be my responsibility to pay for postage of the wrongly delivered item.
Again their blank response back was to offer me a discount if I bought from cakes them again in the future but that they would not send out what I had ordered unless I could send back the unwanted ones.
Again I have all this in email.
Awful service do not waste your money on this company
