“I bought the choose your own selection as a gift for a friend but the one she really wanted wasn’t included in the delivery. Instead she was given one that she really dislikes that will go to waste. To their credit they responded quickly and offered a refund for the single cheesecake that was incorrect but to be honest what you really want is the right selection rather than the money back. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.”
“The cheesecakes were delicious and were delivered in time, only bugbear was the cakes must’ve got tipped by courier at some point in transit, despite packaging clearly stating fragile keep upright, so needed to be tidied up as the toppings spilt. But manager was quick to respond and deal with this. Over all the quality of the cheesecakes made up for it. Will order again”

“Cheesecakes are delish, we were let down by the delivery though. Even though it clearly states on the box to leave the box a certain way, it was left on its side (even though I was home to take the box straight from the driver) so the toppings spilt out all over the box and the crumbs went everywhere.”
