“It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for the company to respond to 3 separate emails. The cake I bought for my wife arrived on time but was squashed to pieces. This may have happened in transport but they also delivered the wrong additional chocolate I purchased, so could all be their fault. Still, if it was the transport company, you choose to work with them, they should treat your packages with respect. Like I said I've tried to contact them but they haven't replied, I want a refund for such a disappointment. Tried adding the photos I took of the destroyed cake but big surprise this doesn't work either. I'll find the company on Google and add them there. Terrible service!”
