“I ordered a cheese cake for my sons 18th birthday, this never arrived on the date I selected, even though I ordered this week's in advance. I had no email to track my delivery or no notifications to give me a order update. I emailed the company to ask where my order was, to have a reply, that is 'most likely' will arrive the next day, and just a sorry.... Its now 4 days later and still no email or delivery update or cheesecake! Absolutely disgusted at this service, especially as this was for a special birthday! I will now be needing a full refund! Will not be using this service again and will also advice others not to!”
