“The service for this company was absolutely disgusting !!! I admit my fault that whilst making the paymemt i didnt put the OTP which slowed the payment to designer way. However they requires proof of payment which i contacted my bank asking if the payment had gone through which i did and i had they provided me with transaction code which they could have solved it by confirming the payment is coming through. However i expressed woth the company that i payed additional amount for next day delivery and that i really needed it for next day delivery. I requested the company to give me a call so whe could discuss all the issues and reslove it at once rathe than emailing starting at 10am till 6pm for two days and clearly saying to them to sort the issue out before we miss the cut of date for delivery any how they continued emailing me and they finally confirmed that the payment had come through however now they brought a another issue to verify i am the person ordering the items so they asked for a utility bill to proof name and address however my husband deals with the bills etc so i sent over my driving licence which had same details in my card and same address as delivery they refused that aswell... Ended up giving up and cancelling the items. Thank god got my refund back. They have No communication skills. Dont know how to deal with customers. And this list can go on and on. !!!DISGRACEFUL!!!”
