“Trainers stolen due to dpd local deliver leaving the item wherever he left it and lying....lovely company do not give two scraps and wont refund or help me as a single mother this is beyond belief after spending 132 quid on trainers. Absolutely avoid avoid avoid ordering these or anything else.”

Good Morning Candice, I’m sorry you feel this way in regards to the missing parcel. Unfortunately we can only take action as per the evidence we have received. If DPD can provide the evidence to support their claim of this item being delivered then we cannot do anything on our side. If we have raised an investigation with them. And they have declined this claim due to having enough evidence to prove this had been delivered. Then we cannot process anything on our side. As DPD was the courier and the parcel was in their possession last this is an issue with them, we have previously raised this with them and they have informed us they will not take this any further.
