“Online experience was awful. A simple task of buying a £40 gift voucher for a friend was horrendous. Only 2 £10 vouchers showed up in my friends email. Took away the nicest of the gift by having to check how much she got, then did she get the rest etc.
no explanation no real apology. Will never do this again & would not recommend”

“The digital card itself is good what was poor was I paid for it to be emailed to my wife on Xmas day, she never received it, had to phone customer services a few times to get the issue resolved and eventually I was emailed the code of the card for my wife to use. A bit annoyed by the fact it was a wee surprise extra gift and I had to ask my wife if she had got it on Xmas day, read a few other reviews and this seems to be a problem with people not receiving email gift cards. Wife loves Dermalogica products but in future I think I will just purchase the gift card to be sent rather than emailed to save disappointment”
