Their system to send doesn’t work properly Read all the reviews Checked spam Has to context them twice to get codes manually My partner spends £100’s a month with you. Sort it out!!

Unfortunately I didn’t received my gift card I purchased till 8 days later. Customer service take 3-5 working days to reply to emails. Had to purchase another gift on end. Very disappointing.

Hi, We can see that your E-gift card was sent to directly to the email address you provided on your order, and it was redeemed on the 19th April. We hope they are enjoying their new products!

The digital card itself is good what was poor was I paid for it to be emailed to my wife on Xmas day, she never received it, had to phone customer services a few times to get the issue resolved and eventually I was emailed the code of the card for my wife to use. A bit annoyed by the fact it was a wee surprise extra gift and I had to ask my wife if she had got it on Xmas day, read a few other reviews and this seems to be a problem with people not receiving email gift cards. Wife loves Dermalogica products but in future I think I will just purchase the gift card to be sent rather than emailed to save disappointment

Very poor design for print at home. I phoned to complain and was told that noone buys the print at home version. Everyone buys the send an email to the recipient version. The piece of paper I ended up with was shabby and badly designed. Not a nice gift to give to my friend at all. Unlike other companies.
