“I’ve been using your products for 20 years. This moisturiser is good but not as good as it use to be. You have got rid of the essential cleansing cream and replaced it with a product t that makes me break out. I keep persevering with the products but I’m looking elsewhere now to find something better as the changes in formula and the discontinuation of products that I’ve always praised and recommended is really letting it down.”
