Hi Rose, we are sorry to see you have felt as though our Oil To Foam cleanser has not worked for you. To get the best from this product we recommend slightly dampening the skin, massaging the gel-oil over face and eyes to dissolve surface oil and dirt. Then wetting your hands hands and continue massaging to create a foam to wash away make-up, sebum, and sunscreen. Finally rinsing with warm water. We hope this helps.
