“I really had high hopes for this product, none of the active clearing range seemed to work on my skin and have just made my spots worse, more inflamed and not clearing at all. I was advised to use this every night as part of a new dermalogica skin routine, I used this for a week and my spots have become worst - more red, more stubborn spots! So I have paused using this now until my skin clears up. I may reintroduce it at some point as it does give a nice glow to my skin in the morning. I still think it helps with fine lines but definitely not breakouts, as I have also used other active clearing products prior to this since November, I think it’s too late for my spots to benefit from this. I’d recommend it but use with caution if you have breakouts as it’s a hit or Miss.”
“I was really excited about trying this product after having read a lot about it both before the launch and after, and being recommended to try it by one of the Dermalogica consultants. I've been very pleased with my other Dermalogica products so far, so I thought this would be a great addition for targeting fine lines as well as some breakouts. Although it does seem to target lines to a certain extent, this product has made my skin a lot worse overall. Since I started using it, I have more and bigger breakouts than ever before and more red spots after. I thought it might just be purging so I continued using it for 2 months, but it does not seem to improve. Disappointed, as I really wanted this product to work for me as it seems to have worked so well for many others.”

“I love Dermalogica products. My skin is prone to acne and clogged pores and all other Dermalogica products I have purchased have become part of my daily routine and have really helped clear my skin. However, I bought and tried this serum off and off (hoping for different results) and every time I wake up in the morning with red patches which are itchy. I guess my skin is far too sensitive for this product which is a shame as it doesn’t come cheap.”
“im so incredibly annoyed with this product! leaves a greasy layer on your skin until you remove it, never sinks in. if you put it in the morning and your make up on top, it slides, marks every jumper / t-shirt that barely touches your face when you put it on. not to mention your face looks like you covered it in sunflower oil. if you use it at night, you end up with oily marks on your pillow.. ive got many dermatologica products and like them all but this one I definitely want to return.”
