“The top seal of the tube opened up which means when I try to use the product, it comes out two ends at once, causing wastage.
I have emailed customer services about it but no response.”
“Love the mini mit, helps to cleanse face really well. The balm is quite similar to the precleanse- obvs the texture is different, but, when rinsing, the end results are the same. I do recommend.”
“My wife asked for this as she has a smaller sample tube that she really liked. I decided to buy the large 89ml tube. The problem is the product is much harder in this tube and is very difficult to squeeze out to the point where it is unusable. We thought it might have got cold and set but even after few days in a warm room it is still the same.”
