“As with all Dermalogica products the pre-cleanse is excellent and has a lovely fragrance. However as a Rewards customer I haven't been successful in receiving a promised Birthday Gift. I contacted Dermalogica before my birthday which is on 20 March to inform them my birthday was imminent, but no gift, despite many emails back and forth has arrived. Can you help. Thank you so much.”
