“Sadly this order was made in response to a marketing email which suggested a free gift with this order (the order was supposed to come with a free gift). The free gift was not sent. (The purchaser was allegedly supposed to add this to the order). Dermalogica business ethics and the way they market and get people to buy their products online needs reviewing.
