“So I’m going to be so open and raw here as I was looking for reviews explaining this but couldn’t find any. I have suffered with severe hormonal acne since I was 13. Im now 23, back and forth from the doctors with nothing that seemed to help. I get severe flare ups of cystic acne and inflamed red skin all over my body but my mainly my face. I was so insecure when recently I have had the worst breakout I’ve ever had so I was told about dermalogica, one of the only brands I’d never tried. I spoke to a skin specialist on here and she recommended the ultra calming range to me. I purchased this cleanser and within 4 days of using my skin looked incredible! I felt so confident. After around a week of using this, my face began to majorly break out again and it was so sore, the acne was back with a vengeance and I even spent a lot of nights crying at my skin. I continued to use this as I read a lot about your skin purging etc when you introduce new skin care and I’m so glad I did. My skin is no longer red angry and sore, my cystic acne still does come up but it’s nowhere near as bad nor does it let longer than a few days. I am so incredibly happy with this product and would recommend dermalogica to anyone!”
