“I use a lot of the Dermalogica range and have never encountered any problems. I brought this as I don’t actually use a cleanser. I also brought the pre cleanse at the same time. I used this product night and morning like it says and after 3 days my skin was red, itchy and on fire. I put a moisturiser on after using it and it felt like it was going to explode! I asked a friend where I was going wrong and she pointed out that there is lactic acid in this product and said she would not recommend such frequent use. I don’t consider myself to have sensitive skin at all as I use the over night retinol without the buffer cream but this product is just way to strong. 2 days after I have stopped using it my skin is so dry and tight it cracks when I move my face. I am not saying it’s a horrible product as probably used 2 or 3 times a week it would be ok but do not use this product lightly.”
