I've recently received my PMD so I've only it twice. So far I am impressed. I have used the sensitive tip (green I think) and followed the instructions. Somebody somewhere on a blog mentioned making sure your face is dry as the PMD won't suck and will just slide across your face. This was a good tip as your face can get moist whilst doing it, I keep a paper towel handy. The PMD feels powerful which I was pleasantly surprised by. I scratched myself near my eye, but in a strange way I was glad that I did this as it proved to me that the PMD is actually doing something! I'm using this to keep my pores clear, for pigmentation marks and to even out skin tone... so we shall see. I think it's worth the price.

I love this hand held device. I've had a life time of problem skin and it's history is etched into the very surface for all to see. I'm in my mid-40's so don't expect miracles but would love to see improvement. I've had salon based microdermabrasion, skin peels, laser resurfacing and recently micro-needling in an effort to improve the tattered canvas left behind. I'm finding the combination of the (salon) micro-needling and my PMD are both affordable and beneficial. There is little down time from the PMD - do it before you go to bed and there is no down time at all - and it can be done in the privacy of your own home. I'm finding very similar results to the salon microderms that I've had in the past - I love it.
