“I brought this because it has really good ingredients for skin soothing and it said there would be no white cast.My skin is olive and it looks very ashy after application even after rubbing in for a while. Does not sink in which is a shame because the product actually feels lovely and silky. Probably great for pale skin.”

Hi, mineral sunscreens even when micronized can leave a white cast on many skin tones if the product is not applied properly. Zenmed recommend massaging small portions onto each area of your face. It is recommended that you start the massage in the middle of your face and work your way outwards towards the ears. Mineral sunscreens are a physical barrier protecting your skin from the sun's harsh rays, it does not fully absorb into your skin like other moisturizers or chemical sunscreens. After you make sure to really work the product into your face and neck, just wait a few minutes. You will notice the white cast does disappear and if anything, your skin tone will have evened-out.

“I apply this in the morning after Zenmed serum. I also have the Lotion without the sun protection. It works well, but it has a thicker consistency than the Lotion without Spf which I personally prefer.”
