Hi Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the Neostrata Bio-Hydrating Cream. This is a rich, moisturiser for dry/very dry skin with Poly Hydroxy Acids to gently exfoliate which may not be everyone's preferred texture. Neostrata do have a lighter options, such as Bionic Face Cream or Bionic Lotion which you may prefer. “I have mild seborrheic dermatitis. which is totally manageable but means I have to be very careful about what products I use. Before finding this cream, I actually hadn't used anything to wash or moisturise my face for weeks! Not only does it leave my skin feeling moisturised and healthy throughout the day, it doesn't irritate at all - and as the cherry on the cake, is also anti-ageing. I use alongside the NEOSTRATA FACIAL CLEANSER 4 PHA as advised by Andrea from dermacare, and find this combo really effective but gentle at the same time. Highly recommended.”

“I can’t live without this cream. At first it doesn’t feel like it will be moisturising enough for my very dry skin but it has hugely improved my dryness & seborrheic dermatitis. I ran out for the 2 weeks & noticed a decline in the smoothness & luminosity. It’s not pretty, smell is neutral(ish) but it works. Thank you”

“Multiple tubes of this used up and for sure I am happy to recommend. I have sensitive mature skin which was flaky and dehydrated before this. I use retinol and now all I need to use is Vit C , this cream and sunblock for consistently good clear bright skin.”

“Really impressed with this cream. Initially I did not think it would be moisturising enough as it absorbed so quickly and easily into my dry, flakey skin. I was wrong - the next morning my skin still felt hydrated and soft. I have now been using this for 3 weeks and am very happy with results. No seborrheic dermatitus breakouts (which i usually get with any products containing anti-aging ingredients) and no irritation at all. Looking forward to trying the daytime protection cream and other Neostrata products.”

“I learnt about this product whilst working on an International campaign which required excellent skin. Therefore leading up to the shoot I went to a famous London dermatologist for facials and she was selling it. However I tracked it down on Dermacare direct at a much better price. I normally only use day creams with at least a factor 15 in but I put that on separately, usually a 50 all year round which I know is not necessary in winter, but makes me feel protected. This cream seems very elastic in that it glides on and a little goes a long way. It is therefore excellent value too.”
