RRP £44 - Depigmenting lightening agent - Contains over 20% of highly active depigmenting compounds - Treats hyperpigmentation, melasma, and hormone spotsSTIMULATE Dermaceutic Yellow Cream  DARK SPOT CORRECTORYellow Cream contains more than 20% of the most highly active depigmenting compounds associated with exfoliating agents. This concentrate regulates melanin biosynthesis (inhibition of tyrosinase). Yellow Cream is an alternative to preparations containing Hydroquinone. The synergy of Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, and highly concentrated pigment-reducing ingredients exfoliates the skin and regulates the production of melanin, which causes pigment spots.Key Ingredients: - Kojic acid: Because it inhibits the production of melanin, kojic acid is a proven, effective treatment of melasma - Arbutin: Inhibits cells’ production of melanin (melanogenesis) by blocking the action of tyrosinase. It is also an antioxidant. - Liquorice: A proven depigmenting agent, due to its flavonoid-rich composition. Liquorice inhibits the action of two tyrosinases, which catalyse the production of melanin. It also has soothing properties. - Morus alba: A species of fruit tree, morus alba limits the production of melanin by inhibiting the action of tyrosinase. It is also an antioxidant. - Glycolic acid: Speeds up exfoliation and promotes cell renewal. - Salicylic acid: Causes a keratolytic action that reduces intercorneocyte cohesion, and destroys lipids that bind the outer cells of the epidermis.Size: 15ml Directions: Not suitable for especially sensitive skin. Apply a very small amount 1 to 2 times daily only on the affected areas. To optimise results, cleanse the skin beforehand with Foamer 5. Apply Light Ceutic to improve treatment effectiveness. Use Sun Ceutic for complete sun protection. Start low (application amount) and go slow (frequency of use). On any sign of irritation reduce the frequency of use until skin acclimates. Size: 15mlCaution: We do not recommend use during pregnancy, due to Salicylic Acid You should discontinue use if you note side effects such as red rash or bumps, itching, pain, blisters, and dry, red patches of skin. Contains AHA so, for the first 2/3 weeks of application, blemishes can be transitorily darkened due to the cleansing action on the skin. Kojicol should be applied for at least 3 months so that the effect can be completed. Results can be observed during the first 3-4 weeks. Read Andrea's Review of the Dermaceutic yellow cream Here..

this was a gift to my daughter in law who tried it - it is early to see any visible improvement but the first few weeks her skin felt drier and she had few break outs. I am awaiting for her to finish the cream for further review.

It is normal to experience initial dryness and a few breakouts as the product contains exfoliating ingredients. Please continue to use the product.

I started applying the Yellow Cream a few weeks ago on areas with pigmentation. It seems to have helped, and I intend to carry on to hopefully improve the result.

It has a strong smell but quite smooth and non oily when applied. I have used for a couple of weeks now but not seen a great difference, however seems to be a good balance moisturiser on face. Usually when using brightening cream it could get very dry, not with this one.

Non irritating for my sensitive eczema prone skin. It actually brightened my skin tone, I’m definitely repurchasing again. I’ve used many ‘whitening my creams but this one actually works well.
