“Apple Watch easy to set up and use . It’s very motivating. It tells you to stand up and move and when your out on a walk it lets you know your pace every km and so you push yourself to go faster. The only downside is the battery requires charging every day. I have thought about switching it off at night. It takes an hour to charge. All in all I love this watch”
