“The watch appears to be really good, which was bought for my wife. I cannot comment on the longevity having only used it for a week. I dropped a star for a couple of reasons; it needs changing everyday, I have a comparable Garmin watch that I charge every 4 or 5 days ‍♂️. The 2nd point was the setting up, I watched all the YT vids, but appeared to get stuck in a loop. My son used to work for Apple advised me to contact Apple Support, they were absolutely spot on, talked me through it and even used the camera on my phone to sort it out. My issues were probably a one off, which was expediently sorted out by Apple, brilliant, and I never bought it from Apple.”
