“Purchased TV online - realised next day it was not the "SMART" version - I phoned to exchange before order dispatched but told to cancel order and purchase the required model . They cancelled original and refund in bank within an hour. New TV delivered next day . Brilliant service and very please with the TV ( and price ! }”

“I run a hotel and have purchased 2 of these Blaupunkt 24" TVs before from Dealbuyer. I have just purchased a further2 based on the excellent product and customer service provided by this company. This second purchase was a bit more complicated due to a mix-up in my order (my fault) but Barry Dixon within the Customer Service team at Dealbuyer helped me to correct that. A further issue occurred when only one of these arrived but again Barry was very quick to examine the root cause of the problem and organise and TV to be sent. I will continue to buy from this company based on the quality of the product - but more importantly due to my complete trust in their service and the way they react to any issues you have. I would absolutely recommend buying from Dealbuyer to anyone looking for a reliable online source.”

“Great shopping experience start to finish including use of DPD excellent delivery service. Regularly notified and easy to track. Purchased a GradeA 24”Smart tv .. good discount against new set but it is just like new..Delivered in 2 days. Still in original packaging. Definitely recommended.”
